Fitbit Versa 4

Device Screen and touch screen work fine. But device will randomly reboot. It reboots a few times and then it functions like normal. Sometimes it reboots the whole day and sometimes a couple of times a day. Was using it like that for a while and it still kept track of all my stats. At one point I thought the screen protector was the case but i am not sure what is wrong with it. Was used for 2 month. Was always used with a screen protector so screen has no scratches. Pebble is black. On one side the band struggles to stay put but I was told that it was because I wasn’t using Fitbit original bands so that caused the issue.
